The man who famously coined the ‘electroclash’ label joins forces with Princess Superstar on a one-off project that doesn’t take itself too seriously (quite a relief in this day and age). Product 01’s clubby mix is entertaining and driving. By comparison Lützenkirchen’s rework is a lot more rigid, yet there’s no denying Germany’s progressive robo-electro is doing well right now. One of France’s latest hopefuls Kris Menace is last, but not least, delivering a chunky, racey reinterpretation.
