The fifth release from Belgian imprint Lucy Lee takes you into unchartered territories. The work of Gianluca Pandullo (I-Robots on Irma, Nemesi on Relish) ‘Tre’ combines lead rock guitar, expressive fx and chuggy 4/4 beats to hypnotic and bewitching results (joining the dot between a stripped-down Planet Funk and punchy Daniele Baldelli). On the flip Pier Bucci gives it a vibey minimal make-over, shame the guitar has vanished.
