It means nothing to me, as they say in Vienna, as I would kill to have it on vinyl but if that’s what rocks your boat you should be over the moon. L.G.O. is the mystery man from Portland, Oregon who was responsible for the incredible ‘I’ll Lick Your Spine’ on Soma offshoot Pnuma shortly to return with new mixes!. His mothership debut is a similarly-warped and inspiring outing. The title track whips up a boxy electro groove peppered with alien noises, acid chatter and dark shards from the Devil’s underpants screeing through the ether. ‘Yelsiap’ is twisted techno with huge, swelling buffalo-stiffie bass wobbling around as a girl mud-wrestles a 303 in the distance. ‘Meat Head’ is a malignant funker topped with heavenly melodies. Definitely one of those maverick talents to watch and pray that the ‘I’ll Lick Your Spine’ will be on vinyl!.
