That I had been arrested on New Yorks Time Square….naked, holding a ‘save the world’ sign. The truth is I did not hold a sign at all.
What’s the best night out you’ve ever had?
I would have to say that this last NYE was pretty close to perfection…started on the plane from London to Toronto with a lovely BA crew and plenty of bubbly… Did the gig in Toronto from 1200/0300 which rocked!
Then on to Montreal in a small jet with 50 mph winds (thank god for Xanax), played from 0600/0900 in the Bell Centre…a stadium with10.000 people going nuts, the nicest big room production I have ever seen! slept and woke up to fly to NY to do Crobar I was a bit afraid about it being the 1st of Jan, people might have stayed in….but to my pleasant surprise 3000 people showed up. I couldn’t think of a better way to start 2005.
What’s your favourite club?
Crobar in NY is doing it for me at the moment…my monthly ‘Everybody’ residency started this month, and using the DVJ-X1 on those nights is a dream come true… What’s your favourite record of all time?
Well it varies constantly, but Pet Sounds has been a steady favourite…

An album called:’Hoken doe je zo’, by a dutch band called: ‘Normaal’, great times!!

What the fuck is this? Where did you get these questions? Ohh well let’s see…I’m in New York..this giant pet rat I have called Wilfred comes crawling on to me, he’s been a great friend for many years and I think he’s just out to play, but to my surprise he comes bitching about how I have not been taking his needs seriously, a really long story follows about a rats life and how difficult it is to be a giant rat in a world like today. I cant take this shit and before I can tell him how I feel, I wake up…ive been trying without luck to find out what this dream means..

When I (very drunk) tried to make conversation with Pharrel Williams at a party in New York, dressed in a Tuxedo wearing Judo pants, I can still see him look at me and wonder: ‘who is this freak’…
