Moldy Peaches “Moldy Peaches”
Crazy crazy crazy …just mental lyrics …very US college teenager but super cool, love the raw production.
Pat Metheny “Still Life Talking”
I love this musician …need to mention keyboard partner Lyle Mays, they are so good together, this album is incredible.
Stevie Wonder “Ribbon in the sky”
And additional other songs from this genius artist …Still THE BEST.
Alva Noto-Ryuchi Sakamoto “Vrioon”
Just incredible …minimal experience but super warm piano touch. It’s just so simple and beautiful.
Frank Sinatra “New York New York”
Sublime! This totally reflects one of my favourite cities in the world.
Pino Daniele “Vai Mo”
Extraordinary Italian artist from Naples …the way he sings in Neapolitan dialect and English is fabulous. Tullio De Piscopo (famous for the epic balearic song Stop Bajon) also features and plays on this album. 1979-80 proper music from my home country.
Serge Gainsboug “Requiem”

Mark Hollis “A Life”
I’ve always liked his voice in Talk Talk, this solo album is just so very nice: melancholic, perfect for lying on a sofa in a cottage on a rainy day in the English countryside.
