Mademoiselle Caro & Franck Garcia

THE BEATLES “And I Love Her”
I have chosen this track because I love the title; the melody and Nina Simone did a cover of it. It is the perfect love song.

THE ZOMBIES “Care of Cell 44”
This is the perfect song. It’s a good mix between melancholy and happiness with one of our favourite singers of all the time – Colin Blunstone.

EVERYTHING BUT THE GIRL “Each and Every One”
First album, first song. Between the classiest brass intro of the 80’s and the trumpet solo at the end, is the magic that is the voice, the melody and the words … A CLASSIC.

TALKING HEADS ” This Must Be The Place (Naive Melody) ”
This track is a magic and quiet dance tune. There is only one chord… each instrument and line of the song plays an interactive part and everything is in the right place.

WIRE “The 15th ” or ” Mannequin”
The Wire is our favourite post punk band. “The 15th” is a perfect pop song. We wonder why there are no more versions of this fantastic song other than by Fischerspooner.

THE WHITEST BOY ALIVE “Burning”
This song could have been done in the 80’s! A pure melancholic song with one of the only guitar solos we love… the ending with this solo is fantastic.

SASCHA FUNKE “Chemin Des Figons”
The guitar riff in this track is FANTASTIC and the production is brilliant. A great track.

FUCKPONY “Fall Into Me” (Marco Passarani Rmx)
We just can’t stop playing this. It has such an atmospheric intro and the bass line is so sensual. This track is for house lovers influenced by the Detroit roots Marco Passarani.

STEVE BUG : ‘Loverboy’ (S. Bug Rebugged)
A classic! It is re-visited with simple acid and a keyboard motif.

THE STYLISTICS ‘People Make The World Go Round ”
This is such a treasure. It always produces the same sensation. Shut up and listen!
