Gone Deville is a Canadian music producer and DJ who works across multiple genres including deep house, afro tech, afrobeat and hip-hop. His music has been released by leading electronic labels including Toolroom, Madorasindahouse, Mile End Records & Disques Nuits d’Afrique, while in the studio he has worked with a huge range of international artists such as Martin Roth, Wu-Tang Clan, Kizaba, Pierre Kwenders, Shah Frank and many more. As his latest release sees him revisit one of the biggest tracks of his career, ‘Park Bench’ for a hot rework, DMCWorld goes back to mine with Gone Deville.

Sasha – Magnetic North

This one is a special one for me. I had an incredible (and spaced out) night on this one. Got back from a big rave with this girl. Spent an amazing night listening to the Sasha’s airdrawndagger album, back-to-back, had sex and some pretty intense conversations. Anyhow, I married the girl and we’re still together with 2 kids.

Adekunle Gold, Lucky Daye – Sinner

First time I hear this one, I thought of Titanic for some reason lol. But it really grew on me. I’m a pretty big Adekunle Gold fan. For my afrobeat lovers, if you don’t know Adekunle Gold, get on it.

Lakou Mizik & Joseph Ray – Ogou (Pran Ka Mwen)

A real nice tune off Anjunadeep. I don’t often hear creole on songs like this. Loved it immediately. I can fully zone out to this one.

Cajmere & Maceo Plex – Calm Under Pressure

This is my go-to turn up song! You can mix this with just about anything. Maceo is one of my all time favorites. Really nice collaboration. Gotta love that bass line drop

Ben Böhmer – Begin Again

Discovered this guy at the beginning of the pandemic. His Cercle set is absolutely legendary. He’s got so many good melodies. This one is a really calm and deep track. Such a nice vibe

Nas – Represent

I’m a hip hop head at heart. Play this at the beginning of a party, peak time, after party, whatever. Drop this anytime and I can’t guarantee I won’t lose my shit right then and there. Top 3 all-time hip hop songs in my book. For me, the Illmatic album, is the greatest and most historical body of work in hip hop.

Giveon – Heartbreak Anniversary

For the romantics.. this dude is really solid. Great voice, great melodies. Big RnB tune
