German live artist Innellea has just dropped his debut album ‘The Belonging’. The album features diverse and significant collabs including Grammy winner Flowdan, CamelPhat, Monolink, Swedish indie singer/songwriter Karin Park, live musician Juan Hansen and plenty more.. ‘The Belonging’ is a cohesive multi-media concept, comprising the album heralded by a series of singles, multiple music videos, and a live album tour (inc. Paris, New York, Munich, London, Amsterdam, Cairo). All of this will evoke a ‘collective catharsis’ after charting a personal and universal journey, that the listener and Innellea will be on together. Just a bit special! DMCWorld managed to catch Innellea on his album tour long enough to go Trainspotting…

I’ve only love for this sound design. It was a big inspiration for a lot of my album songs.
Headie One, Fred again…, Jamie xx – Smoke (Relentless)
I love the reverb on the vocals and think that it perfectly fits the groove of the song.
Martin Roth – An Analog Guy in a Digital World (self-released)
Dreamy composition that reminds me of Nils Frahm. I love the dramatic build up and the emotions that come with it.
Art School Girlfriend – A Place To Lie (Fiction Records)
I discovered that song during a ride along a coast close to Lisbon. It was the perfect mood for that moment.
Innellea feat. Flowdan – Forward Forever (Distorted Youth / [PIAS] Électronique)
This one means a lot to me. I discovered Flowdan during a festival long ago, where someone used his acapella over a trap beat. I had his voice in my head for months until in 2020 I found the right song to ask him if he wants to jump on it.
Estiva – Via Infinita (Marsh Remix) (Colorize)
Super nice song with a great versatility for a lot of different surroundings. It always lets me drift away.
Bicep – Chroma 001 Helium (CHROMA)
Super nicely done vocal chops. Big Bicep fan here.
Olivia Dean – Dive (EMI)
So, I actually surprised my wife with tickets to see Olivia Dean in Bristol, ’cause she’s a massive fan. But guess what? Plot twist! It ended up being me, just standing there, totally captivated, and, you know, I may or may not have shed a tear or two. Life’s full of unexpected, beautiful moments, right?
