Some German acts are doing very serious House Music at the moment, House Music that has got a peaktime approach without losing a bit of funk in it. One of these acts is Dominic Wagner aka Dompe, who has released a bunch of great trax on the credible Stylrockets label before. For his new EP, picked up by Supernova’s Lapsus Music label, the Berlin resident teams up with Agent! To come up with one of the best House grooves of this summer.In particular ‘Pump It Up’, is, beside the odd title, a track that sets any floor on fire for great hands in the air moments. The second track on this EP, ‘Wowpow’ is a primetime weapon too, that fits deep or techier crowds mostly. All in all this is a superb EP and a production duo to watch out for!
