All 10 cuts are worthy of 12 peaktime greatness, from the sleazy name checking of Teachers, The Stranglers-esque bass & strung out pads of E Talking, the dark techy elements of Accidents & Compliments, the glam rock electro pop spy theme that is Compute, James Brown is dead quotes the acid overloading I Love Techno, meanwhile Krack comes over like Underworld on that infamous horse tranquilizer & in contrast NY Lipps borrows from Lipps Inc’s disco classic Funkytown. In fact you could let Nite Versions run from start to finish in any club worth it’s salt, it’s the best floor filling dance album since Leftfield’s Leftism.
