Always recognisable rave classic with that huge riff and the strung out
female vocals, here re-jigged by Swen Weber and Plato (aka Mik Van Dyk).
Weber’s mix uses the treated vocal hook well, shoe-horning in a monstrous
bass and some snap-happy electro-tech beats. It’s good and will work on the
larger sound-systems but doesn’t really stay close to the spirit of the
original. Plato’s mix makes better use of the original components on a
heavier, more tech-influenced mix. Building from the flute and vocal combo,
it drops into steamhammer beats and a fantastically re-twisted bassline,
bringing in various elements and doing really weird things with the flute
throughout. Checkout Plato’s mix – it’ll blow your ears off.
