Mintico is a new project featuring the cool, haunting vocals of Moldavian singer Lana Quish and Superstonic main man Laz on a sparsely atmospheric vocal tip. There’s the added bonus of a rare remixing mission from Two Lone Swordsman Keith Tenniswood, who dons his Radioactive Man strides and strips down to a relentless pulse, queasy efx and subtle melodic embellishments which provide a perfect setting for the vocals. The sparse, skittering electro-scape is accentuated on the Radioactive Man Dub. The V.2 mix chunks its up, joining Laz’s electronic bottom-sucking original to provide one of the best yet for this fiercely-promising label.
