The tenth release on DJ Moguai’s ace Punx label offers two solid chunky electro numbers. Relying on Chicago house strings and nervous breakbeats ‘Y.E.A.H.’ works well but the slightly harder ‘H.A.E.Y.’, with its ‘party people, yo yo get funky’ breakdown, steals the show for raving things up without going too far. Big beats and big sounds, this sure ain’t for the minimal posse.
