John Andersson and Johan Emmoth aka Zoo Brazil have got a bumping house CV that easily stands it’s own ground. So ‘Make You Mine’ comes as a bit of a surprise, in the fact that they’ve slowed the tempo to around 115 bpm, and put swirling sexy Euro tinged vocals, over banks of fat and fuzzy synths, resulting in a good dose of steamy sleaze. Now if Hot Gossip were still around – Pete Heller takes to the controls supplying the remix and a dub, up goes the tempo and it’s straight in with some big room action, as funky house rhythms collide with Yellow Magic Orchestra influenced keys.
