The Winter Music Conference in Miami is still known as a time of the year when big tunes can be born. As such the Kallias label put out a compilation of music with that in mind and right at the heart of it was this one from LA pair Aeonix. Entitled Chloe, it is one that will surely win over already affirmed Aoenix fan Lee Burridge, who is a lover of dreamy melodic tech.
And that is just what this is – a long and elongated house groove that invites you to day dream. Slowly shifting pads are long tailed and trance including, drums are uninterrupted and rolling. and overall it is smooth and serene and perfectly infectious. All summer long this will make for dazed dancing in hot sun and is another winning effort from the on form pair.
