No matter what creeping envy, jealousy or bitterness most people tend to levy as valid criticism, you have to hand it to David Guetta for having the balls to switch things up just at the right moment. ‘Dangerous’ sees Guetta switch from the well oiled, digital production style to a more mature, organic, live analog style. ‘Dangerous’ boasts heavily orchestrated pianos and strings then marries these with classically arpeggiating synths, live drums and lazy bassline a la Daft Punk and the now signature star vocalist waiting to explode – Sam Martin. It’s an immediate radio playlist A list addition, BBC Radio 1 track of the day (6/10/2014 no less) and a Global chart hit waiting to happen. Not that it needs them but a remix package will follow.
