Great release from Dogmatik with Leon Atter hitting it just right on title track, ‘Never Stop’. It’s that bittersweet combination of yearning, soulful vocals offset by taut, tech bass and punchy drums that make this seem all at once exciting yet reaching that touch deeper. Elusive Soul, changes gear with darker Acid inspired lines feeling tougher with equal parts emotion and dancefloor kick on what is another sterling production. While third track, ‘Got To Have It’ adds a funky swing to the groove with warm chords and familiar sounding vocal touches lending it all a welcome accessibility. Then back to ,‘Never Stop’ and John Daly’s energetic remixes which pump up the rhythm with hissing hi-hats and deep chords turning up the heat on what is already hot, with a notable stripped back Dub to compliment.
