Whilst I’m pondering the high frequency of jacking, bumping house and garridge tracks making the top 3 of the UK national charts, up pop’s Lionbabe’s rambunctious ‘Jump Hi’ screaming winter dancefloor warmer from the top of its lungs. Billon rebuillds it with radiant synth pads, tinkling pianos and a bassline that takes pleasure in flexing its muscles like a shameless gym bunny whilst Todd Edwards is my Man Of The Match delivering a fat and bleepy, choppy frog chorus that bounces from synth pad to synth pad with consummate ease. Great package – and definitely one worth jumping the queue for.
