The latest from Huxley’s imprint sees the American producer deliver four energetic cuts to make your spine tingle. ‘Welcome Home’ sets the pace via an unrelenting assault of hissing hit-hats and rolling toms aided by grinding stabs and not a lot else. However, the stand out for me is ‘What Starts To Happen’ which sees the addition of deeper chords introduced into the equation resulting in a funkier, warmer arrangement that also packs no less punch. ‘House Of Jeans’ next sequences a spaced-out twist of dangerous vocal edits alongside thumping beats and engaging atmospheric chimes, leaving the less frantic ‘Leaving’ to appropriately end with cooler jazzy inflections.
