As most of you will be aware of, MFF label boss M.in is on the fast lane, thanx to his latest productions and remixes. He has locked himself in the studio to finish off his artist album, which should hit the shelves quite soon and he still finds some time for interesting collaborations, such as the following one with fellow rising man Pete Kaltenburg.
Although the main mix of ‘Better You’ may not be the best tune ever created, the 909 driven Tech Houser still does some trick on the dancefloor.
‘Reach Out’ is preferable, a real nugget that leads to serious mass hysteria on the bigger floors. Heavy beats are coupled with a modulating trippy synth line, old school vocal snippets and a bass to remember.
Finally, it’s man of the moment, Dosem who comes up with a superb remix of the title track. He certainly plays in the Champions League of Tech House and this is no execption-a dreamy, still driving, energetic masterwork that comes back to rolling form after a big breakdown.
Verdict: Superb all over!
