With rave nostalgia seeming at a fever pitch right now across the UK, incomes remixes of this Acid House gem from Raze. Just seeing this track title is enough to make any seasoned raver over the age of 40 go weak at the knees and most likely well-up with tears in the process. The original warehouse 89 vibes are very much present across all mixes, and it’s simply amazing to see original label Champion as the vehicle for the project, after all these years. Child Of The 90s gives us a Bicep meets Franky Wah excursion that is sure to be a hit amongst Annie Mac and the kids on the floor, label manager Rob Made splashes out on outdoor funky house vibes (think noughties Bora Bora!), BK298 takes us back to 97 with their super-cool and authentically dark 4/4 speed garage rendition, and completing the package current funky house all-stars Block & Crown pump up the original vibes in their own inimitable style! Well executed all round!
