I reviewed the original of Red Rack ‘Em on these pages a few months back and the track has since remained a staple on my flash drive. Still, since I’m not averse to change, it’s a joy to refresh my collection and avoid the risk of repetition with a stonking set of remixes from German wunderkind KiNK and Luke Eats Leopard (the Bristolian triumvirate that everyone that I know isn’t talking about yet but soon will). The Leopard Eats Luke remix fattens up the bottom end, adds some soaring sirens and synths. KiNK strips it all back to the techno ticking exo-skeleton then layers muscle upon muscle group with the naughtiest wowed and fluttered bassline you’ve ever heard. It’s almost unrecognisable and techno wonk indeed. Add. To. Key. Essential.
