Londoner Jacob Plant is making waves with his crazy, phat beats, his production versatility and his uncanny knack of nailing it no matter what infectious strain of dance music he creates. The title track ‘Louder’ is a peak time, whizz-bang track with a switchback twist that makes me jump up in appreciation like a pack of people-pleasing, circus dogs. ‘Radar’ opens with a hip-hop swagger, then hits its rave stride with duelling horns and sirens and bamboo beats and slammed BMW / Mercedes doors being the order of the night. ‘Tell Them’ closes the package with beat booming, synth and horn powered trance house euphoria. Turn it up.
