Back To Mine with Kruse & Nuernberg

After hours grooving with the duo as they release their brand new ‘Don’t Be Afraid’ scorcher

Nils’ Top 5

Deadbeats – Funky For You (Space Hopper Mix)
I kept listing to this on this really cool compilation series called Back To Mine from 2001 or so. It was compiled by Everything But The Girl and this one is my favorite out of the whole compilation.
It has this very positive vibe that just gives you a bit of a summer, garden, bbq kind of party…

Skanna – This Way
Whoop whoop… reminds me a lot of the after parties we usually held at home of one of our mates, after dancing our shoes of at one of the big jungle raves back in the late 90’s earlier 00’s

Jon Hopkins – Breathe This Air
I just love this. It has this very special twist that only few producers are able to put in their productions. Beautiful melodies/sounscapes and absolutely nasty, glitchy and distorted beats and it all functions so well.

Telepopmusik – Breathe
I knooow this has been played till literally everyone was sick of it – except me. I still love it. That filter on the vocal is sooo nice. And usually I am not really obsessed with acid kind of bass lines but this one is really decent and sexy and groovy…

Rhye – Open
I recently discovered Rhye through a friend of mine. I immediately enjoyed listening to the whole album. It’s probably the simplicity and the voice that I like so much.

Florian’s Top 5

Atjazz – It’s Complete

After party sometimes means to chill out on the couch with a cold drink and your best friends around. Just close your eyes and dive into this beautiful track!

G-Man – Quo Vadis

So many producers copied this melody but the original by G-Man from 1999 is still the best. That’s a classic after party tune for me.

Ron Basejam – For The People, By The People

That’s a record I loved to play at the end of a set. One of my all time favorites!

Brooks – Colour Me Bad

When I had my first residency at Kabana Bar in Hamburg this track was in my sets for a loooooooong time. Sexy grooves for the ladies!

I:Cube – Vacuum Jackers (Maurice Fulton Remix)

I played this track on my first gig abroad in Barcelona at Fon:Fon (the club doesn’t excist anymore). That was one of my favorite tracks at this time and its still a good after party tune.
