Expanding the ever evolving horizons of electronic sound Afterlife releases his latest works to illuminate the summer ahead. The album’s title track sets the scene by opening with cinematic piano lines, emotive strings and background beats, which then points the way forward to, ‘Tonto’ and its groovy tremolo guitar rhythms playing like they have never stopped. ‘Monkey Butter’ raises the tempo with a sunshine injected Dance number that’s sure to add colour to the night. And so it proceeds exploring pace, Jazz and funky ambience with a rare musical flair that makes the senses tingle. Make sure you check and relish, ‘Res Freq’ alongside the closing ‘People’ too – you won’t regret the time spent. Turn it on, tune into it and drift away… into the moment.
