Let us not forget that when it comes to Stateside Breaks… The Crystal Method are Kings. Now on Ultra Records, the second in their series of bass fueled mix albums ‘Community Service 2’ certainly takes no prisoners. TCM thrown in some choice mixes including their own beat-up of The Doors classic ‘Roadhouse Blues’ and New Order’s ‘Bizarre Love Triangle’. Meat Katie, Adam Freeland, and King Monkey on U.N.K.L.E’s ‘Reign’ complete the package. Cuts from Evil Nine and Hyper keep Hope alive for album artists in the community but the true genius here is closing with The Smashing Pumpkins. Breaks really do Rock!
