Before your heart sinks this isn’t the bog standard chillout lounge, it’s inhabited by rather lesser known – and arguably better – downtempo guests. Two CDs of blissful, airy tracks showcase fine music from Dousk, Digitonal and The Beaufort Scale on mix one, followed by Jon Beltran, Tom Middleton & Amber and Aim on disc two. With a slow pace, each mix unwinds easily – just as the listener is bound to do, while having their horizons subtly broadened. A decent follow up to last year’s Electroacoustic compilation.
