Sino is developing into a great label with its impressive array of releases by the likes of Joris Voorn, Technasia and Steve Rachmad. Now Brazils Renato Cohen steams in with a sledgehammer blast of disco fractures, tribal rhythm whoopee and a dramatic Basic Channel-style riff. But the killer lurks on the flip where Vodu goes in tribal before a subterranean heartbeat drop ushers in a seismic double kick drum effect which leaves few roofs unblown.
