With their tenth release Palms & Flamingos deliver one of those distinctive tracks that will undoubtedly turn heads. Low-slung and sleazy this combination of electro styled drums, synths plus pulsating basslines sets just the right tone for Onosizo & Lil Ann’s commanding words on top of the Original version. Remixes come from Filburt who gives it a tougher feel with punchy House beats and bass, while the irresistible Mudegg version adds a Disco flavour transporting you straight back to early eighties N.Y.C. Second track , ‘Forcefield’ which this time features Leana McShane on vocals once again creates unsettling moods via challenging electronics to qualify this as music you can’t ignore.
