Timo Jahn’s productions are coming fast and furious now, each one better than the last. This time he takes the producer / artist chair for his remake of the Timmy Thomas classic ‘Why Can’t We Live Together’. Completely reimagined, replayed and revocalled, Jahns’ vibe is balearic and deep, rolling out on a pulsing bassline and undulating waves. There’s an excellent Hammond solo, an impassioned vocal loop and the whole thing works a treat on the dancefloor. It’s a brave move, a superb job done and proof once again that great things do come from Gottingen. Go Timo.
