“Everything You Wanted” is the second single to be lifted from Kele’s critically acclaimed LP ” The Boxer”, and it goes straight for the daytime radio jugular. It builds in a Sabres Of Paradise go pop style, layering percussive electronics under Kele’s distinctive vocals, performed with all the Bloc Party passion that he’s known and loved for, the choruses burst into life on fat dramatic piano, taking the song to another level with deep strings and a slightly spaced out choir, all swirling round like an exorcism on ecstasy.
