Berlin’s techno maestro gives us the lowdown on his favourite Sunday morning tracks.

Isolée – Beau mot plage – Classic: One of the most amazingly crafted pieces ever. So chilled it gives me goose bumps every damn time!

Maurizio – Various – M: Great dubby track with a dirty kick drum and production edge to it. Great for the wee hours on the dance floor.

Mole People – Break night – Strictly Rhythm: One of Armand van Helden’s side projects. Great memories with this track. Sven Vath played it at Tresor during Love Parade in 1996 when the sun just  went down. Crowds going bonkers and the start of a big night out in Berlin.

Ricardo Villalobos – Easy Lee – Playhouse: I was electrified when first hearing this track. It has this incredible chilled easiness to it that works great on the dance floor as well.

Underworld – Dark & Long – Junior Boys Own: It was on my first big Rave in Munich 1994 , 16 years old at that time when Underworld played it in their incredible live set. Will never forget this moment!

I-F – Space Invaders Are Smoking Grass – Disko B: This is an all time classic for me that still kicks ass at any after hour show.

Swayzak – Make up your mind – !K7: I played this record back in the day when I was hosting after hour parties in Munich, where we had to turn off the music between 5 and 6am. It was the first record I played at 6 in the morning and the people knew when they heard it, the party will start again.

Solvent – Radio – Ghostly International: What a great track. You can’t use Vocoder Vocals better then they did it in this track!

Kraftwerk Bootleg – White: Everyone kept asking me about this track when I played it , so I  painted the label on the record black and told people it’s a dubplate. Just found it again in my collection and will play it again!

Sabres Of Paradise – Smokebelch II – Warp: Very old Release of Andrew Weatherall on Warp. About 1994. Still melting away when I hear it!

Sebrok’s ‘The X’ EP is out now on Sci+Tec and ‘Vision’ on Mini Sketch will be releases on 3rd August 2009.
