Arguably Hed Kandi’s greatest venture, Back To Love returns with several gems from a golden age for vocal house, the mid 1990s. If Love Tribe’s ‘Stand Up’ doesn’t get the pulse racing then something’s wrong, and when that’s backed up with H2O, Fire Island, Funky Green Dogs and Sunscreem you get an idea of the high quality on offer. Sure there’s the odd strange inclusion, but the presentation of full length 12″ cuts in unmixed form works extremely well. All together now, stand up and throw your hands up to the sky…
