There are certain tracks that are able to create a positive vibe by the very first listen. Those tracks are quite rare these days and that’s why they need to be highlighted from my point of few. The latest Groove Culture record is such a tune-a track that oozes soul and sunshine all over. Delivered by Matt Johnson and Jamiroquai member Derrick McKenzie the track gets the all important remix from Italian dons and label honchos Micky More & Andy Tee who serve up a slice of funked up House music with a strong Disco feel to it. The song is powered by nice skippy beats, a solid bassline, sweet chords, groovy guitar licks and a good female vocal.
All in all this is a must purchase for any House music lovers who like their sounds funky!
P.S: Groove Culture have a tasty mixed double CD of all their prime releases flying around too!
