Ever evolving deepness from one of the UK’s premier producers, “Freedom Of Thought” provides a glance at what to expect from the forthcoming album. “Way U Feel” is a fluid instrumental hip-hop cut, acoustic guitars chopped thick over bumping drums to create a quiet anthem; “Return Journey” is much deeper, running strings, piano and various musical elements over a tough break for some extra curricular contemplation, incredibly well produced; “S’All Good” allows Detroit’s Finale to get philosophical over a butter smooth jam; “Feel Pain” is another filmic instrumental, working a hot sample over chopped breaks; finally, it’s Jehst & DJ IQ given the special remix treatment on “Elevate”, mind blowing UK hip-hop that no home should be without. Incredible.
